Job Overview:

The Workforce Analyst role is a key position in supporting the development of a workforce analytics roadmap.

This analyst will play a crucial part in providing quality people data and meaningful insights to drive informed decision making.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key indicators to support workforce planning and people strategies.
  • They will also work closely with the team to develop performance indicators and systems for monitoring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze key Cluster/Agency people metrics to inform workforce planning and strategies.
  • Develop and implement performance indicators and monitoring systems.
  • Research and recommend appropriate workforce management technologies.
  • Provide expert advice and support to management and People Practitioners on workforce metrics and strategic insights.
  • Assist with report development and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, workforce planning, and people and culture programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
