The Role

This role is focused on managing our preferred partnerships and negotiating contractual terms with those partners on an ongoing basis, specifically in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate multi-level airline deals to secure the best possible rates for our clients.
  • Maintain existing car hire relationships to ensure seamless transportation options for our customers.
  • Negotiate best-in-market hotel partnerships to offer our clients exclusive access to premium accommodations.
  • Negotiate financial services agreements to provide our clients with comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Manage consortia partnerships to optimize our clients' travel programs.
  • Devise strategic plans for preferred agreements to drive business growth.
  • Shared ownership of tourism body relationships to foster strong industry connections.
  • Recognize opportunities for new supplier partnerships to expand our offerings.
  • Manage cruise and tour operator partnerships to create unique travel experiences for our clients.
  • Develop value proposition documents highlighting our unique selling points.
  • Update and maintain market intel reports for hotels and airline suppliers.
  • Establish wholesale product opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Manage Lanyon relationship to enhance our clients' travel experience.
  • Provide support for partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate supplier sponsorships to amplify our brand presence.
  • Establish brand-aligned products across all our brands to create a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supplier negotiations.
  • Qualified or trained in advanced negotiation skills.
  • Experience dealing with B to B Hotel content providers.
  • Experience dealing with multiple industry segments outside of corporate.
