As an Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of your client portfolio – acting as the lead partner, strategist, and advocate for your accounts. You'll have the freedom to shape how you manage and grow your relationships, working proactively to identify new opportunities across Orbit's full value proposition. From driving commercial growth and delivering measurable efficiencies, to introducing innovative solutions and ensuring service excellence, you'll be at the centre of creating long-term success for both your clients and Orbit.
Key Accountabilities
· Drive client growth and retention by developing strong, value-based partnerships with Orbit's key clients and leveraging the full Orbit value proposition across travel management, technology, events, and ancillary services.
· Proactively manage your portfolio to deeply understand client businesses and identify opportunities for expansion across all Orbit offerings, strengthening long-term relationships and delivering measurable results.
· Analyse and interpret client travel program data, providing actionable insights, cost-efficiency strategies, and solutions that deliver measurable savings and value.
· Oversee service delivery to ensure it consistently meets or exceeds client expectations, engaging with clients on service-level matters when required.
· Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering engagement across all levels of the client organisation.
· Introduce and manage travel technology solutions that align with client needs and support their growth and efficiency objectives.
· Monitor and report on client satisfaction, implementing initiatives to continually enhance the client experience.
Key Requirements
· Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience as a Client Partnership Manager with proven ability to build quality, profitable partnerships.
· Highly developed negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Travel industry knowledge and experience.
· Strong technical knowledge of Travel Management Systems (both third-party and proprietary).
