The Lead Clinician plays a pivotal role in our Clinical Services team, driving excellence and innovation across the Child and Family (CFS) National Clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering evidence-based assessments, interventions, and supports underpinned by trauma-informed models and positive behaviour support principles.
- Leading a state-wide team of clinical staff across various programs.
- Mentoring new leaders to foster growth and development.
- Developing and implementing best practices across the CFS National Clinical team.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive positive change and outcomes for children and families.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in delivering clinical supervision to clinicians and behaviour support practitioners.
- Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practice within the child protection field, including understanding of current legislation and trends.
- Ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and implement best practices.
