Job Title: Clinical Innovation Manager

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that will lead the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions across the district. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clinicians, managers and other stakeholders to design and deliver new clinical pathways and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovation projects aligned with the Transforming Your Experience (TYE) strategy
  • Evaluate current services and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement new virtual clinical pathways and services
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to design and deliver new clinical pathways and services
  • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leadership
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare policy and legislation
