Sales and Partnerships Executive

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic sales team as a Sales and Partnerships Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and sales relationships within our media portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Renewing, upselling, and cross-selling existing customer accounts;
  • New business development and creating new sales opportunities;
  • Maintaining a strong customer experience by collaborating with the rest of the team members.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of three years' experience in event sponsorship and/or delegate sales. Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely and within a team environment are essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Prospect for new business and grow new customer sales;
  • Develop sales and activation plans for each client and sponsor/partner agreement;
  • Create additional value opportunities for key accounts and sponsors/partners;
  • Maintain regular contact with advertisers/sponsor/partner;
  • Identify and contact businesses not currently working with us and work on pitch for new logos;
  • Conduct research into potential delegates/sponsors, including competitor analysis;
  • Prepare and update media kits in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
