About the Role

Curtis Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and organized Investor Services Associate to join their dynamic team supporting investor clients across multiple countries including Australia and Singapore.

This role offers an opportunity to manage client relationships, handle enquiries, and assist with essential business operations in a prime CBD location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client support via various communication channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and chatbot.
  • Manage client portfolios with personalized servicing and reporting, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
  • Assist with registrations, onboarding, and servicing for investor clients, while adhering to compliance and audit requirements.
  • Support complex client enquiries, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of financial services, banking, or compliance standards.
  • Process banking and treasury-related tasks efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Update client portals and test new functionalities, staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (desired).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in a team.
  • Problem-solving experience with complex client enquiries, utilizing analytical thinking and creativity.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, or compliance standards, as well as Microsoft 365 skills.
  • A high level of intuitiveness, flexibility, and adaptability, with a customer-centric approach.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $72,500 - $82,500 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
