Apprentice Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Panthers Port Macquarie.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Chef to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a key member of our team, you will assist our chefs with food preparation and service, provide support with larder and fryer duties, and progress to grill responsibilities.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the cleaning procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen, and assisting the chefs in catering for various functions and banquets across the club.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and service
  • Support larder and fryer duties and progress to grill responsibilities
  • Assist in cleaning procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen
  • Assist chefs in catering for various functions and banquets
  • Ensure safe storage of products and adhere to food health and safety legislation
