About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Panthers Port Macquarie. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with menu planning and implementation
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced cooking role within the hospitality industry
- Previous function catering experience
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for delivering the best food service for our customers
- Commercial Cookery Trade Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a prompt and efficient manner
