Quality Assurance Assistant

This role is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in quality assurance.

You will be working closely with experienced QA professionals, learning the ins and outs of our processes and playing a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

The Quality Assurance Assistant will assist in monitoring and improving QA procedures, help train staff on product specifications and quality expectations, support ICA accreditation and weekly compliance activities, conduct quality checks on outgoing products and monitor stock levels.

  • Maintain and update QA documentation.
  • Print barcode and box labels for dispatch.
  • Assist with stocktake and plant health certificate coordination.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Agriculture or a STEM-related field, strong computer literacy skills, excellent attention to detail and clear and confident communication skills.
