**About the Company**

Mobile Dental Clinics Australia is the largest 100% Australian owned and operated mobile dental clinic whose head office is located in Heatherton in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs.

We provide mobile dental care to patients who are unable to attend a fixed dental practice and work within the following sectors; Aged care and Corrective facilities, Primary schools, Early learning centres and Workplaces.

**About the role**

Due to our continued growth, we are offering 2x full time positions, to work in our head office in Heatherton. The successful applicant will be assisting with the day-to-day business operations to support our wonderful team of clinical staff.

**Both roles will be working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm.**
- **Position 1) Dental Patient Coordinator Duties/Responsibilities**_
- End to end booking confirmations with the Medical and Financial Power of Attorneys
- Clinical administration tasks
- Liaising with General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Clinical Managers to arrange appointments
- Calling Medicare and Department of Veterans' Affairs
- Make any necessary claims for government-based schemes
- Gaining pre-approvals from State, Public and Equity Trustee's
- Managing spreadsheets
- **Position 2) Denture Patient Coordinator Duties/Responsibilities**_
- Entering patient details onto Dentrix
- Gaining consent for treatment
- Appointing jobs to Pros team
- Liaising with GP's, RN's, Clinical Managers, Surgeons and dental team to arrange appointments.
- Managing Logistics with denture team
- Lodging claims with government schemes
- Preparing treatment plans, quotes and confirmations
- Gaining pre-approval from State, Public and equity Trustee's
- Managing spreadsheet of patients
- Confirming appointments
- Processing Payments
- Weekly reporting

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- No weekends
