Mobile Dental Care Provider
We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality dental therapy services, directly to schools, daycares and aged care communities through our mobile clinics.
Success in this role means providing compassionate dental care with excellent communication skills, educating patients about oral health and working seamlessly with a motivated team. You will play a key role in bringing dental care to communities that need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver preventive and restorative dental therapy services including check-ups, scale and cleans, fluoride applications and fillings.
- Conduct oral examinations and diagnostic services such as X-rays.
- Provide clear and supportive oral health education to children, families and aged care residents.
- Work collaboratively with our dentist and dental assistant to ensure smooth patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold infection control and safety standards.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and contribute to a positive, motivated team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Dental Therapist with the relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical skills in preventive and restorative dentistry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage patients of all ages.
- A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude suited to a mobile practice environment.
- Experience working with children or in community dental programs is highly desirable.
