Senior Payroll Solutions Specialist

The role of SAP Payroll Consultant is a critical position within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our payroll systems.
As a key member of our HR IT & Non-IT Recruitment and HR Executive team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining payroll components, including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers, and reporting.
You will also lead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to the overall project success.
Required skills and qualifications include experience in leading, configuring, and implementing large enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainly with AUS deployment experiences.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and Employee Central module knowledge are essential.
Additionally, we require minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations and experience in configuring UI mashups, Payroll Control Center, and other relevant skills.
