Job Title: Transformation Facilitator

We are seeking a Transformation Facilitator for a 6-month contract. The role will be based in the Sydney CBD, offering flexible working arrangements with 3 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project quality, risks, issues, and benefits in Smartsheet against project plans and activities.
  • Coordinate upgrades of electorate offices, including equipment delivery, travel, accommodation, freight services, and site installation documentation.
  • Implement, monitor, and update communications plans across projects, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Assist Project Managers in drafting project proposals, tender documents, budgets, and cash flow reports.
  • Coordinate training and information sessions for Parliament and Electorate Office staff.
  • Manage change management artefacts and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in working as part of a project team and meeting deadlines in a high-volume work environment.
  • Coordinating projects, support activities, and resources in a corporate IT environment.
  • IT governance concepts, issues, and best practices, including change management, risk management, and information security.
  • Translating technical information into easy-to-understand copy for various audiences.
  • Procurement, records management, and asset management activities.
