About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that meet our business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Oversee content creation for various marketing channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budget efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Public Relations: Oversee PR strategies.
  • Event Planning: Organize promotional events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
