About the Position

Our company is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our counter, handling customer requests, stock replenishment, and general housekeeping duties.
  • Action requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes.
  • Understand customer sales history to identify service requirements and pursue upsell opportunities when available.
  • Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in a trade store, call centre, or retail environment.
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
