Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant.

This role will provide an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers and peers, while delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or motorcycle industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain store presentation by ensuring shelving is stocked and showroom standards are met.
  • Provide superior information on products and services to customers.
  • Contribute to the sales and KPIs of the store.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and a customer-first attitude.
  • Be available to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or motorcycle industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability across a 7-day roster.
