Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description:

The role of Human Resources Business Partner Field Operations is critical in supporting the business strategy and achieving HR objectives. As a key member of the HR Field Operations team, you will provide full-cycle HR support to Field Operations and play an important role in executing people initiatives.

This position is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, partnering with Field Management to drive transformational change, culture, leadership coaching, talent engagement, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees and leaders in relation to coaching, employee relations, talent management, and change management activities.
  • Partner, coach, and collaborate with our leaders to ensure they are skilled and supported.
  • Manage the annual cyclical events (performance reviews, salary review etc.) and partner with Talent Acquisition team to source key talent into our business.
  • Initiate activities to drive positive engagement and improve overall wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion within our workforce.
  • Support the HR team and HR Manager in other generalist activities, as required.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline

Skills and Experience:
3+ years generalist HR experience (preferably in Retail, Hospitality, or Health industry)
Good understanding of Employee Relations framework and experience in handling Fair Work Commission matters, independently
Good commercial understanding of business operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to demonstrate a confident and engaging communication style
