Job Description

Affiliate Growth Strategist

As a key player in our affiliate growth team, you will play a vital role in driving expansion across our KICK Campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise and take on new challenges.

Your Role with Us
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliates, recruiting and onboarding new partners, and providing ongoing support and guidance to optimise their marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaigns, evaluate performance, and guide affiliates to maximise results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, coordinate campaigns, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive growth.

Occasional weekend shifts may be required, but a weekday off in the same week is provided to maintain a standard 5-day work week.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in online industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams.
  • A good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of digital and affiliate marketing.
