Are you a seasoned affiliate marketing expert looking to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth? We're seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our affiliate program, develop strategic partnerships, and fuel revenue growth.

  • Lead the Affiliate Team: Develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with company goals and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities for team expansion, propose hiring needs, and build strong relationships with affiliates and KICK streamers to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Process Development: Establish clear processes to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration and break down goals set by top management into actionable tasks, ensuring efficient workload distribution and process implementation.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and evaluate individual team member contributions, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to top management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or live-streaming space.
  • Strong background in analysing campaign performance and optimising to meet KPIs.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, including motivating and mentoring a team.
  • Strong data analysis skills, creating reports and actionable insights.
