About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Growth Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and making a real impact.

As an Affiliate Growth Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates to expand our network. You will also work closely with marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.

You will analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all marketing strategies comply with relevant regulations in different jurisdictions.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand our network and provide them with ongoing support and guidance.
  • Marketing Materials: Work with marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all marketing strategies comply with relevant regulations in different jurisdictions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in marketing, ideally affiliate marketing in online industries.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
