**Job Description**

The NOC Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the availability of our transport network. They are responsible for first-line incident and fault management, working as part of a 24/7/365 shift team. This involves coordinating daily preventative maintenance activities, responding promptly to incidents, and meeting contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


The successful candidate will engage with clients, our teams, and various stakeholders to resolve faults, support technical documentation, and continually improve service quality. This requires strong communication, teamwork, and client focus skills.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years' experience in cellular network Network Operations Centre (NOC) and customer support. Proficiency with Huawei BTS equipment, network statistics, and configuration in 2G/4G/5G cellular networks is also required.
