This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, working collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support. As a Caregiver Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Lending a hand with daily life tasks, ensuring our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
  • Supporting residents with challenging needs, working closely with our team to develop personalized care plans.
  • Helping to keep residents' bodies and minds active through engaging activities and exercises.
  • Maintaining accurate records of residents' health and medication, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A certificate III or IV in Aged Care, or studying towards. Nursing students encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role.
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and a chance to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.
