To succeed in this position, you will engage with senior managers and staff to ensure that governance practices are embedded throughout the organisation. Your analytical skills will enable you to develop and implement appropriate risk responses and implementation plans. Strong leadership abilities will drive continuous improvement and change management within a complex environment.

A successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in good governance practices, particularly in relation to risk management. They will also have exceptional negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex issues and represent the service at various forums.
