Job Title: Risk and Governance Professional
About the RoleThe Risk and Governance Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management and governance frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
This role requires a high level of knowledge of contemporary approaches to risk management and corporate governance, as well as demonstrated ability to drive continual improvement in an organization's approach to risk management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in risk management and governance software implementation and usage, as well as previous experience as a Company Secretary or recognised credentials in governance, risk, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management and governance frameworks
- Oversight of reporting on corporate governance and risk issues
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on risk management and governance best practices
- Manage secretariat functions for the Board, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Lead and manage a team responsible for risk and governance
Requirements:
- High-level knowledge of contemporary approaches to risk management and corporate governance
- Demonstrated ability to drive continual improvement in an organization's approach to risk management
- Strong experience in risk management and governance software implementation and usage
