Job Overview

Job Type: Casual Location: VIC: Melbourne

Roster and Scheduling

The successful candidate will be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with a flexible roster that may include additional shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality food for residents
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting bulk cooking operations and food preparation
  • Preparing and presenting modified texture foods
  • Providing fast and effective service with a positive attitude
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role or trade qualification in Commercial Cookery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • Adherence to food safety and general practices
