We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Prep Chef to oversee the food prep kitchen, manage inventory, develop schedules, and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage the food prep kitchen for all three brands.
- Oversee stock ordering and maintain inventory levels.
- Develop and manage prep schedules to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure completion of cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Monitor and measure cost of goods sold to optimize kitchen profitability.
- Train, supervise, and inspire team members to deliver top-quality food.
- Contribute new ideas and menu items to keep our offerings innovative and exciting.
- Extensive experience in hospitality and kitchen management.
- Advanced cooking techniques and strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership qualities with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding food safety and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Creativity and a passion for food.
- Australian driver's license.
- Responsible serving of alcohol certificate.
- Commercial cookery certification.
