We are seeking an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our team in Melbourne restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality food and providing exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef (2-3 years).
  • Energetic attitude, a team player approach, and strong work ethic.
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Knowledge of how to complete a costed roster.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

  • Saturday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Sunday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning

Expected Salary: $73,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
