Executive Chef and Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our team in Melbourne restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality food and providing exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef (2-3 years).
- Energetic attitude, a team player approach, and strong work ethic.
- Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
- Knowledge of how to complete a costed roster.
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired but not essential.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.

- Saturday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
- Sunday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
Expected Salary: $73,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
