Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef

We are looking for experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our growing team in our Melbourne restaurants.
Key responsibilities include producing high-quality food, providing exceptional guest experiences, preparation and delivery of food within a high-volume restaurant environment, team management, and maintaining cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
Requirements include a demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef (2-3 years), energetic attitude, a team player approach, strong work ethic, commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures, knowledge of costed rosters, and eligibility to work in Australia.
