About the RoleWe are seeking an Executive Director of Quality and Service Development to lead our Residential Care and Specialised Support team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance on service delivery, program development, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including participants, service providers, and community members.
- Work closely with staff to develop a deep understanding of young people's needs, focusing on trauma, grief, loss, attachment, and child development.
- Collaborate with the team to improve interventions and ensure practice is grounded in a therapeutic framework.
- Develop and maintain a positive team culture, fostering excellent communication among team members.
- Provide guidance and coaching to program staff on practice and compliance issues.
- Diploma qualifications in Social Services or Child Protection or equivalent.
- Knowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance systems, including the Human Service Quality Framework.
- Proven ability to advise, coach, and mentor staff on practice and compliance issues.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at $97,000 p/a + superannuation + salary sacrifice.
