The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced High Touch Relationship Manager to help grow and manage our Adviser Network in NSW.
Candidates will have a proven record in sales, service, and relationship management and will be required to recruit new Advisers to the current Network and provide business development, coaching, and product support to the existing Adviser Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new Advisers to the current Network
- Provide business development, coaching, and product support to the existing Adviser Network
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Advisers and customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the broader LNS and Liberty teams
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of lending
- Experience in Aggregation
- Experience with broker recruitment
- Good understanding of consumer lending legislation
- Ability to communicate effectively with Advisers in the Network
- Ability to successfully onboard/recruit new Advisers
- Ability to provide superior client service to the Network
- Ability to motivate Advisers to achieve objectives
- Participate in the broader LNS and Liberty teams
