Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality turf through regular tasks like mowing, aerating, and topdressing.
  • Maintain turf health, addressing pests, diseases, and compaction using cultural and chemical practices.
  • Promote sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation and pest management techniques.
  • Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment and machinery.
  • Collaborate with the landscaping team to prioritize tasks and achieve results.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand expectations and provide turf care recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience.
  • Recent experience in turf management and/or greenkeeping.
  • Familiarity with turf care equipment and machinery.
