Job Opportunity: Sports Turf Management Apprenticeship

Duration: 4 Years of Training and Development

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Grounds Team as a Sports Turf Management Apprentice.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for maintaining sports turf facilities to international standards and best practice.

You will also have the opportunity to gain and develop your skills in sports turf management, greenkeeping and grounds maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you must be committed to completing your 4-year apprenticeship in sports turf management and passionate about learning and growing within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining sports turf, landscape and surrounds
  • Assisting with event preparation and execution
  • Developing and implementing sustainable practices
  • Working collaboratively with the Grounds Team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Commitment to completing a 4-year Sports Turf Management apprenticeship
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence or willingness to obtain
  • Passion to learn and grow within the industry
  • Proven history of being punctual & reliable
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Legally entitled to live & work in Australia
