Senior Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative marketing leader to spearhead our global marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the skincare industry, a passion for brand development, and a proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.

  • Job Description:
  • In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, influencer partnerships, and events.
  • You will also be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Additionally, you will conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
