Senior Marketing Director Opportunity
We are seeking an innovative marketing leader to spearhead our global marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Job Description:
In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, influencer partnerships, and events.
You will also be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Additionally, you will conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the skincare or beauty industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
