
Commercial Lending Business Development Manager

This pivotal role will drive business growth and expansion in the commercial lending space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase loan origination and strengthen partnerships.
Your focus will be on driving business development and credit risk assessment processes, working closely with senior stakeholders to secure increased capital for loan origination and establishing new partnerships.
You will prepare quotations, develop submissions for approval, and liaise with clients and other relevant parties to transition to an unconditional loan offer, borrower acceptance, settlement, and loan book monitoring, management, and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, high internal motivation, and drive to meet and exceed client expectations. Excellent communication skills, a hands-on approach, and strong alignment to our core values and mission are essential.

Key Requirements:- Tertiary qualified in a related discipline and/or Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking
