Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to advance your career in Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets.

You will be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work. Delivering highly successful outcomes for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world is an exciting prospect.

You will gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that supports flexibility, with a hybrid working model where working from home and the office is part of our norm.

About You
  • Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a leading top-tier, national or international firm (we are also open to a combination of private practice and in-house experience).
  • An ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters.
  • Excellent academics.
  • A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others.
