Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Corporate team in Melbourne. This is a key contributor role, providing extensive exposure to cross-border investment and M&A in both public and private markets.
The successful applicant will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), solid expertise in corporate transactions gained in a leading law firm or well-respected boutique, and excellent drafting skills for M&A transactions and shareholders agreements.

- Experience in corporate transactions and M&A;
- Excellent drafting skills for M&A transactions and shareholders agreements;
- Ability to manage due diligence exercises;
- Commensurate ECM and public M&A experience;
- Excellent attention to detail and critical analysis;
- Ability to manage client work with support and guidance of partners;
- Ability to show initiative and work well in a team;
- Enthusiasm and positive contributions to team culture.
