Mergers Acquisition Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team as a specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions. The successful candidate will be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work.
- This role offers exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice
- An ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters
- Excellent academics
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
