Job Overview

We are seeking a Corporate / M&A Lawyer to fill a pivotal advisory role in our market-leading team. This position goes beyond traditional knowledge management, offering the opportunity to apply expertise on significant transactions while enjoying a sustainable work-life balance.

This is an exceptional chance to contribute to transaction execution and provide practical guidance to Partners on live matters. You will also have the opportunity to serve as a trusted adviser and confidential point of contact for Partners.

  • Develop and implement effective knowledge management strategies within the team.
  • Collaborate with Partners to shape deal strategy and execute transactions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to Partners on live matters.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to distill complex issues. A track record of thriving in high-pressure deal environments is essential.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Advisory / M&A from a leading practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
