Product Management Lead

Our team is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth in our business banking division. We offer a wide range of services and solutions to small to medium enterprises, regional customers, agribusinesses, personal and institutional online trading customers.

As a Product Management Lead, you will be accountable for the product proposition, pricing, acquisition, and lifecycle management of our CommBank Business Deposit products. You will work directly with distribution teams across the Business Bank to support bankers and deliver customer outcomes.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive value and viability of our deposit product portfolio.
  • Be responsible for key results and commercial and technical experience across pricing and product lifecycle management.
  • Lead people and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Product Management experience within Business or Consumer Deposit products, people leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.
