Total Place Design requires an experienced Risk Manager to join our team.
This role is focused on supporting, coordinating, analyzing and implementing the in-house operational risk needs of a global business.
Your Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic evolution of risk management initiatives.
- Enhance and coordinate health and safety programs including audits, documentation updates and assurance functions.
- Develop and execute business continuity frameworks.
- Manage modern slavery risk, including supplier due diligence processes.
- Create and refine policies and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
- Provide oversight of project risk management activities.
- Craft risk management communications for a global audience.
- Contribute to critical company reporting for the executive team and audit committee.
- Lead incident investigations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage complex insurance programs aligning with organizational risk objectives.
- Evolve enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Resolve risk management queries from global teams.
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting risk management and develop proactive response plans.
