As a senior risk management professional, you will lead the development of our risk frameworks, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management across all areas.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, manage audit processes, projects, and incident response
- Provide timely guidance on regulatory changes and drive risk awareness through training sessions
- Work collaboratively with the Compliance Specialist to enhance risk management practices
- At least 5 years' experience in a related role, preferably in a multi-site operational or non-profit business
- Ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholder groups, both corporate and operational
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in enterprise risk management
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Understanding of key governance standards beneficial such as ISO9001
