Customer Experience Team Lead Job

At our company, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the maintenance and warranty period of every home we build. Our Home Assist division is a specialist service and maintenance team dedicated to meeting the needs of homebuilders.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Team Lead to lead our After Care team in delivering outstanding customer experiences to our clients. Key responsibilities include mentoring and supporting After Care Consultants in providing exceptional customer service, monitoring tasks and workflow, reviewing processes to ensure high levels of customer care, tracking KPIs and reporting findings back to the Customer Experience Manager, and assisting in customer conflict resolutions and escalated disputes.

You Will Be Responsible For:
