We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Client Liaison and Administration Manager to join our team at Zanetti Recruitment & Consulting. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client liaison, administration, and support services to our clients, senior advisors, and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality client liaison and administration services to ensure seamless communication and support
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to prepare for meetings and streamline workflow management
- Act as a gatekeeper, safeguarding staff from activities beyond their core responsibilities and supporting them in daily tasks
- Proactively seek opportunities to remove administrative tasks from others to enable them to focus on their highest-value responsibilities
