Administration and Client Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration and Client Services Officer to join our HR and IR Consulting Division. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative and business support to our Partner and team members.
- Diary management, scheduling appointments, and travel bookings.
- Liaison with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the Partner and team.
- Preparation of client documents and correspondence.
- Client database management and file management.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience providing business, administration, and/or executive support. They will possess a strong proactive drive, initiative, and energy to ensure maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility.
About You- Strong customer focus and ability to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advanced digital literacy skills and ability to guide others in using digital tools.
- Mature and professional approach, calm, considered, and collaborative.
