Clinic Services Leader

Our Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our Clinic.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management, with a focus on supervising staff and implementing quality improvement strategies. They will be responsible for ensuring that our Clinic meets regulatory requirements and provides patient-centered care.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will:

  • Oversight of clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Supervise and support clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and receptionists.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Promote patient-centered care through addressing patient needs, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, or 3-5 years of healthcare management experience. A strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards is essential.
