Occupational Therapy Leadership Role

The Occupational Therapy team is seeking a Regional Manager to support our national team of professionals in delivering clinical services.

About the Position

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.

  • Develop and implement training programs, inductions, and supervision as required.
  • Review quality assurance reports and provide feedback.
  • Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services and assessments in complex cases.
  • Prepare well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful strategies and interventions.
  • Drive growth and market share in your region.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration (or the ability to become registered).
  • A car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
  • Clinical experience, preferably within the NDIS or similar.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
  • Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
