Client Relationship Manager Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve targeted revenue within a portfolio of clients through strategic management and sales efforts.
  • Client Management: Proactively assess and validate client needs, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Salesforce Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure timely updates in the CRM system to maximize opportunities.
  • Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with clients, resulting in 100% retention of contract value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B business development
  • Previous experience with HR & Payroll technology is preferred
  • Ability to travel as frequently necessary for client meetings and presentations
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
