The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs, delivering consistent and customized experiences every step of the way.
This role is all about making a genuine difference through the work you do. You will be responsible for ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date, demonstrating our Smarter Banking options to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure, undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development, and being involved in every aspect of the customer journey by helping them find solutions to their financial needs through our products, services, and advice.
